A spirit of a law against the Haredi sector and does not address the rest of the country's citizens (including Arabs)
📝 Proposal text
All citizens in the State of Israel have equal rights and duties, everyone has a duty of equality in the burden for receiving full citizenship or partial citizenship (partial citizenship includes all rights except the right to vote) for those who refuse the law by choice and not due to a physical/mental condition that does not allow for national service, not to give a criminal punishment to those who refuse the law.
The purpose of the change: to unite the people of Israel through equality in the burden, to connect between different sectors
