📖 Background
Currently, payments for daycares are not being made equally for Israeli citizens. The collection of payments for kindergartens and educational programs for children should be equal for all sectors in the State of Israel.
📝 Proposal text
Children in supervised daycare centers will receive full subsidies, and the number of supervised daycare centers will increase. Unsupervised daycare centers will receive partial subsidies.
The goal of the change: to improve demographics, mothers enter the labor pool.
