Amendment of the Income Support Law
An allowance must be paid to every person and family in Israel who are unable to secure an income for their livelihood.

📖 Background
Why change: An entire strata of people who haven't worked a single day in recent years do not participate in the state's labor pools, a strata of people who work without paying taxes (under the table)
Purpose of the change: Equality in the burden, strengthening a weak strata
📝 Proposal text
What needs to be changed: Replace the term income support [הבטחת הכנסה - note: typo in source "הפתחת" corrected in translation context]: People who have not been in the labor market for over half a year must go out to work through a referral from the employment bureau with income support from the state treasury
