As is well known, there is the saying "nothing about us without us";
For years, people with general disabilities and National Insurance benefit recipients have experienced significant reforms every few weeks in this field, all presented as streamlining, but in practice the situation is the opposite.
Numerous activities are carried out, some of which appear to harm vulnerable populations time and time again, and without proper consultation with the field.

1. Will the party support the immediate establishment of a representative organization for people with general disabilities and benefit recipients, with the goal of enshrining their rights and properly representing them before government ministries?

The burden-sharing;
In practice, it is claimed that because of benefit recipients, no budget is left!
Is that so? According to calculations made, the cost of subsidizing yeshiva students and Arabs relative to their contribution to the state treasury is 2.75 times the national average.
If Arabs and Haredim were also to take part in the burden by performing national service/military service and paying taxes and VAT commensurate with their contribution like the rest of the population, this would grow the state treasury by nearly 10%.
2. What is your position on the issue, and what are the milestones for the Arab society for a solution to improve the sector's image in Israel and the timeframe for solutions to this issue?!

Statutory civil rights;
In recent years, there has been a significant decline in providing accepted solutions to entitled individuals and in general responses, mostly to citizens from vulnerable populations and across multiple fields such as; special education, personal basket - characterization and welfare, government services through local authorities, state health, health funds, accessibility, appeals against government ministries, municipal services, national resilience, accessibility, making services accessible, and providing accepted responses within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Does the party agree and recognize that the new government has a great deal to fix?

Does the party support the establishment of an inter-ministerial governmental "Compliance Officers" administration with executive powers and the ability to issue real-time orders, equipped with internal ministerial disciplinary powers wherever possible, with the aim of saving the situation and aligning state employees?
